Search and selection for permanent and contract roles (contingency-based fee)

For every permanent or contract assignment, we actively search suitable candidates in our unique database and through other channels (job/CV boards, networking sites, national and international advertisements, personal networks), pre-screen them and present a shortlist of the most suitable applicants to our clients. We make interview arrangements, check references, and by maintaining a proactive approach throughout the entire recruitment process, we save our clients time and ensure that even the most difficult positions are quickly and successfully filled.

“No placement, no fee” - because we only charge our fee when the candidate starts, we eliminate all risks for our client.

Executive search (retained fee)

For clients looking to fill high-level roles (also known as C-level roles, such as CEO, COO, Director, VP etc), we offer a tailored executive search service to suit their needs. Combining traditional methods of search and selection with proactive networking and headhunting, we undertake to provide the best possible match between candidate, role and company culture. We will also act with the utmost integrity and we guarantee absolute discretion.

To reflect the more challenging nature of this service, we use a 3-tiered fee structure:

• Stage 1: commencement of assignment
• Stage 2: submission of candidate shortlist
• Stage 3: applicant’s first day at work

Staffing/HR consultancy services

At Alphabet Recruitment Ltd. we are always happy to assist our clients in other staffing/HR areas, such as market and salary surveys, psychometric testing and job specification development. These services are available either alongside recruitment or as bespoke standalone solutions.
