What do you charge for your services?

Our services to our candidates are completely free of charge.

We charge employers an agreed placement fee when the candidate introduced by Alphabet Recruitment Ltd. starts in the new role. This fee is usually a percentage of the candidate’s gross salary for Year 1.

What companies do you recruit for?

We respect our clients’ right to privacy, which is why we never publish their names on our website. We recruit for small, medium and large language services providers, well-known companies that buy language services and, more rarely, for not-for-profit organisations and charities. What kind of positions do you recruit for?

We recruit for every type and level of position in the globalisation, internationalisation, localisation and translation industries: translators, interpreters, proofreaders, technical authors, QA/testers, localisation engineers, CAT tools specialists, desktop publishers, translation managers, project managers, operations managers, account managers, vendor managers, business development and sales managers, marketing, directors and VPs.

Do you assist candidates with work permit applications?

Unfortunately Alphabet Recruitment Ltd. cannot assist you in obtaining a work permit for any of the countries in which we recruit. We do provide advice and guidance, where possible, and while we do our best to provide you with employment opportunities in the countries of your choice, this may not always be possible.

How long is the online registration process?

We understand that filling in online forms can be tedious, which is why we have made sure our registration process is quick and easy. It should not take you more than 15 minutes to submit a complete profile online.

Are my details treated as confidential?

Yes. Only employees of Alphabet Recruitment Ltd. will have access to your details stored in our secure database. We will never pass your details to any company or employer without your prior permission. We will never contact your current employer or any of your referees without checking with you first.

I am having problems logging in; what do I do?

First of all, make sure that the Username and Password you entered do not contain extra spaces. Please also note that the password is case sensitive.
